博士毕业于中科院上海生科院植物生理生态研究所,先后在复旦大学和美国匹兹堡大学从事博士后工作,曾担任中科院深圳先进技术研究院合成生物学研究所研究员、博士生导师。研究方向为微生物合成生物学,在微生物不对称性细胞分裂、染色体分离调控、微生物基因组编辑、天然产物合成等方面做出一定贡献,现阶段主要研究兴趣为食品益生菌、细胞衰老与抗衰。相应研究成果以第一/通讯作者发表在Nature Communications,Cell Research,Nucleic Acids Research等,共计40余篇,申请或授权国家发明专利10项,主持国家自然科学基金(面上、青年),国家重点研发计划,中科院先导科技专项(B类)等多项科研项目或课题。
