夏永军,博士,上海交通大学农业与生物学院教授,博士生导师,中国食品科学技术学会益生菌分会理事、中国微生物学会益生菌专委会会员、中国奶业协会乳品营养与健康专业委员会会员,获得上海市东方英才计划拔尖项目。主要从事食品微生物资源开发和功能性食品原料生物制造相关研究,包括食药用真菌、益生菌、酵母等食品微生物资源挖掘、功能评价与机制解析;活性多糖、功能性蛋白等功能性食品原料的高效生物合成、营养功效评价以及产品开发等。主持国家自然基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划、国家乳业技术创新中心关键技术攻关项目等国家与省部级科研项目10项,主持横向技术开发项目10项,相关研究成果获上海市科技进步一等奖、上海市技术发明奖一等奖等科技奖励7项;申请发明专利40余项,其中授权18项,发表科研论文70余篇,其中SCI收录40余篇。
