长期致力于食源性病毒污染与控制和食品功能微生物与健康的相关研究，主要包括食源性病毒与食品载体互作机制、肠道功能微生物防控食源性病毒的分子机理等。相关工作获得了国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划等17项国家、地方和企业课题的持续资助。近年来，陆续在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry（封面文章）、Applied and Environmental Microbiology、International Journal of Food Microbiology等国内外主流学术刊物上发表论文72篇；获得授权国家发明专利6件（转化1件），申请国家发明专利3件、PCT 1件。现已与美国、新西兰、新加坡、塞尔维亚和葡萄牙等国家建立了稳定的科技合作平台，陆续联合发表论文29篇。 https://orcid.org/0000-0003-2015-0033 应团队发展的需要，诚邀海内外对“食源性致病微生物和肠道功能微生物”研究方向抱有浓厚兴趣的青年学者加盟。 1、博士后：已获得博士学位或近期可完成毕业答辩（即将取得博士学位），具有微生物学、生化与分子生物学、生物信息学、免疫学、预防兽医学、食品科学与工程、生物化学等相关专业背景和开展食品微生物研究的意愿；具有良好的中英文表达能力，在相关领域以第一作者身份发表过高质量学术论文；热爱科研并具有良好的科研职业道德、沟通能力和团队协作精神。待遇不低于上海交通大学相关规定。 2、助理研究员：海内外知名高校、研究机构获得博士学位，在相关领域重要期刊以第一作者身份发表高水平研究论文；鼓励独立申请并实施科研项目，协助课题组培养研究生和本科生；具有良好的科研职业道德、沟通能力和团队协作精神。待遇不低于上海交通大学相关规定。 3、申请材料：符合上述条件的应聘者，请将个人简历、代表性论文等相关材料发送至norovirus@163.com。邮件标注：应聘助理研究员（博士后）+姓名。初筛后，我们尽快安排面试并告知录用结果。在职位额满前，招聘信息长期有效。
