何守魁,上海交通大学副研究员,中国检验检测学会理事、福建省科技特派员。2019年6月于上海交通大学获得博士学位,其中,2018-2019年在加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学联合培养。2019年7月至今,上海交通大学农业与生物学院博士后、助理研究员、副研究员。主持国家自然科学基金、科技部交流计划、中国科协非共识项目等10项。近年来,在Applied and Environmental Microbiology、Food Microbiology等期刊发表学术论文65篇。担任Gut Pathogens和JSFA Reports期刊副主编,Current Research in Food Science等4个国际期刊编委,Journal of Future Foods等5个期刊青年编委。荣获IAFP Student Travel Scholarship Award、中国-新西兰科学家交流计划、中国科协青年人才计划、上海市农业科技人才培育计划、上海市“超级博士后”激励计划。指导学生获得上海交通大学农业与生物学院本科生优异学士学位论文一等奖(2025届)、二等奖(2024届)、三等奖(2023届)。
