- 紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)营养价值高,固氮能力强,是优良的牧草、蔬菜和保健品原料。酸性土壤占中国耕地面积的28%,其高含量的Al3+严重抑制苜蓿生长,是南方红壤土紫花苜蓿高效种植的主要限制因子。但紫花苜蓿在南方弱酸性土壤生长旺盛,四季常绿,适宜在冬春季与作物轮作栽培,既可改良农田,节约化肥,提高作物产量,又是开创南方紫花苜蓿产业,增加农田经济效益的高效栽培模式,因此,本人长期致力于紫花苜蓿响应非生物胁迫(铝、盐、低温等)的生理与分子机制、抗逆紫花苜蓿分子育种和紫花苜蓿与作物轮作栽培技术等研究。
