个人简介:

2018年6月毕业于西北农林科技大学获得硕士学位;2022年6月毕业于上海交通大学获博士学位,师从隋中泉教授和Harold Corke教授;2023年4月开始担任上海交通大学助理研究员。博士期间主要围绕淀粉微结构的结合蛋白和脂质对淀粉功能与改性的影响机制开展研究。当前聚焦淀粉生长发育与多尺度结构解析、食品中淀粉-小分子/大分子互作机制、低升糖指数与降血糖食品研发等相关领域。目前,以第一/共一身份在Food Hydrocolloids等期刊发表 SCI 论文16篇,中文核心3篇,其中,高被引论文1篇,中科院一区12篇。申请国家发明专利 11项,其中已授权专利6项。参与编写《Physical modifications of starch》第二版和中国轻工业“十四五”规划教材《食品试验优化设计(第三版)》。此外,还担任Journal of Cereal Science、Cereal Chemistry 等期刊审稿人。
