  1. 基础理论领域:利用高通量基因测序、基因芯片、基因克隆等分子生物学技术,结合高性能计算和生物信息学方法,研究城市生态环境变化、森林生物多样性、功能基因、污染修复、环境与人类健康等内容。
  2. 应用技术领域:研究环境微生物在湿垃圾堆肥、海绵城市、土壤修复、有机物降解、绿化材料等方向的应用。开发可提升人体免疫力的“免疫森林”产品,研发农业循环处理固废技术。

1.具有生态学、微生物学、环境科学与工程、分子生物学、生物信息学、统计学或计算机科学等领域研究经验;

2.招聘岗位:助理教授岗位(须具有博士后研究经历)、博士后/专职科研岗位、博士研究生、硕士研究生;

3.文笔熟练,能用中英文撰写论文、报告、项目申报书等;

4.熟悉R语言、统计分析软件、组学研究或以第一作者发表过SCI论文和专利者优先录取;

5.热爱研究工作,踏实严谨,善于沟通,有良好的团队协作精神

岗位条件及待遇

       微生物生态研究组位于上海交通大学闵行校区农业与生物学院创新大楼4楼,依托“农业农村部都市农业重点实验室”和“国家林草局城市生态定位观测站”开展工作,与芬兰赫尔辛基大学、美国肯萨斯州立大学等单位合作紧密,实验设备设施完善。工资及其它福利待遇按国家相关规定和上海交通大学有关规定执行。
