Prof. Susanne Knøchel is the Head of Food Microbiology at Department of Food Science, University of Copenhagen. M.Sc. in Food Science and PhD in Microbiology (The Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University). Post graduate studies in Osaka (Monbusho Scholarship). Prof. Susanne Knøchel has worked in government research institutes focussing on fish products and water. Since 1991 Prof. Susanne Knøchel was employed at the University as associate professor and from 2003 as professor. Responsible for the M. Sc. Food Science specialisation in Food Safety and involved in the European “Safety in the Food Chain” programme. Main interests include: food preservation and safety microbiology, HACCP, microbial ecology of foods. Starter and protective cultures and their interactions with food matrices and foodborne pathogens. Predicting growth, stress response and survival of bacteria. Adhesion mechanisms. Hygiene and disinfection in food production and food service.  
 
Technical University of Denmark/丹麦技术大学
Prof. Anna Charlotte Schultz, is a senior scientist at Technical University of Denmark, has +10 years vast experience in development and validation of methods to detect and inactivate virus in complex matrices. Provides research-based consultancy to authorities and industry including technical support to the development of the new ISO TS 15216 - Detection of viruses in food. She teach at university level, including supervision of BSc, MSc and PhD students, as well as with training of national and international researchers and authorities. She is partner and WP leader in the research projects, FP7 EU ‘Aquavalens’ and the National ‘Association between exposure to airborne noroviruses and gastroenteritis’. 
 
 
Bygholm Agricultural College /丹麦 Bygholm农业学院
Bygholm Agricultural College is one of Denmark’s largest agricultural colleges. We provide educational programs and courses within animal husbandry and crop production. We have a long tradition of arranging tailor-made courses for operational managers from abroad, including Asia. We offer all the modules in the Danish farmer’s education. This comprise three modules for the level of skilled farmer as well as three top-up modules focused on advanced management related to development of production and business, finances and human resources. 
Our international courses are typically of a longer duration, typically from 4 to 24 weeks. We recommend a minimum length of two weeks. The courses may contain classes at the College mixed with excursions, and may include training at private farms. The lessons are taught by teachers from Bygholm Agricultural College, but also by relevant experts within the specific topic, to provide the best possible knowledge. Special wishes regarding content and structure are welcomed. Together with the client we will compose a course that fits the need.
 
 
Knowledge Centre for Agriculture /丹麦国家农业知识中心
The Knowledge Centre for Agriculture is one of the leading advisory services in Europe owned by the Danish Agriculture and Food Council. The Knowledge Centre operates in partnership with 31 local advisory centres which together makes up the Danish Agricultural Advisory Service (DAAS). The partnership employs approximately 3,100 staff and advises 40,000 farmers, 1,300 horticultural producers and 7,000 other SMEs. The Knowledge Centre’s highly educated staff provides information and services within all subjects relevant for farmers, with focus on profitable production by sustainable and environmental safe systems in respect of animal welfare and work safety. The Knowledge Centre’s main “customers” are the local advisory centres, but includes also food companies and public authorities. Danish Meat Research Institute /丹麦肉类研究所
Danish Meat Research Institute (DMRI) is the international leading research and innovation centre within food of animal origin. DMRI assists our customers in improving their competitiveness.
Our experts develop solutions for the meat industry and provide domestic and international consultancy and training within process design, productivity improvement, product quality and hygiene to abattoirs and processing companies.

Dianova A/S 
Dianova is a limited company, owned by the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). Dianova is attending to all commercial assignments on behalf of DTU National Food Institute and DTU National Veterinary Institute. 
Using experts from the DTU institutes, Dianova offers training courses and advisory services in relation to food safety and scientifically based risk assessment of food. 
DTU National Food Institute address food safety problems based on science and in a holistic approach covering the complete chain from primary production and environment to consumer. We call it the “Farm to Fork” approach. The main disciplines are nutrition, chemistry, microbiology, technology, toxicology and epidemiology. The DTU institutes are responsible for the Danish emergency preparedness and advise authorities regarding food safety, toxicological risk assessment in environmental exposure, human nutrition and dietary diseases, veterinary epidemiology, diagnostics and infectious diseases in animal. 
Experts from the National Food Institute participate in international cooperation, such as WHO, CODEX, OIE, EFSA, EU, FAO, IDF, CEN and ISO.
