报告题目：“达尔文虫”的进化之路：中国巨蚓科蚯蚓的分化与扩散

报告摘要：

“达尔文虫”蚯蚓作为最重要的土壤动物之一，物种分类与进化历程还不明确，其多样性的特性、分布及动态等知识也存在着缺陷。我国作为蚯蚓分布的主要区域，拥有的优势蚯蚓类群是巨蚓科，其物种数占我国蚯蚓种数的90%左右。研究通过对我国大量自然保护区的蚯蚓开展系统调查，并进行形态与分子进化分析，发现了中国巨蚓科蚯蚓物种的辐射进化历史与同域物种分化现象，还认识到物种形成、扩散过程与土壤环境因素（温度和降水）密切相关，为研究全球蚯蚓的进化研究提供了大量科学数据，并可为综合各生物类群和环境因素开展更多生态学研究提供参考。

报告人简介：

蒋际宝，男，博士，长期从事中国蚯蚓分类和进化研究工作，聚焦于蚯蚓分类、分子系统发育、谱系地理学与全基因组分析等领域。主持或参与多项蚯蚓物种多样性与进化研究的国家级项目，以第一作者或主要作者在相关主流学术期刊上发表论文数十篇，并多次在国内外相关会议上作学术报告。

【研究方向】：

蚯蚓分类与进化、资源调查与利用；蚯蚓、微生物处理有机废弃物生产优质有机肥；土壤改良与修复；蚯蚓药用食用价值，及生物活性物质的开发利用。
