报告题目:叶菜工厂化生产模式探索与品质调控

报告摘要:

当前农业生产面临提质增效的重要挑战,劳动力短缺、生产资源浪费、生态环境破坏等问题极大地制约了现代农业的发展。实现生产方式转型是突破农业发展困境的关键。工厂化生产方式通过生产环境可控、生产过程标准化达到高产、优质、高效的周年均衡生产,是设施生产的高端模式。由于生产环节相对可控,加上机械化、自动化、智能化的生产作业装备的不断研发、应用和升级,工厂化生产可实现流水线作业,极大地降低或免除劳动力的投入,减少化学品的投入。叶菜是上海市民主要消费的蔬菜品类,有极高的地产比率要求,且随着消费者对品质的需求日益提升,实现高效优质地产叶菜的周年稳定供应显得极为重要。本次报告从产业需求出发,介绍目前上海市现有的几种叶菜工厂化生产模式,重点汇报报告人所在课题组建立的穴盘苗菜工厂化生产模式(交大模式),包括关键技术点、信息化技术的应用以及自动化装备的研发,同时对叶菜品质调控尤其是功能性营养成分合成积累的相关工作进行探讨。

报告人简介:

2010年本科毕业于浙江大学,2014年获美国华盛顿州立大学农业工程博士学位,2014-2015年在美国华盛顿州立大学园艺系进行博士后研究,2015年6月入职农生学院。

【课题组研究方向】:

设施园艺光环境调控与智慧生产。主要研究方向如下:

(1)设施生产模式下园艺作物(绿叶蔬菜)与光环境互作的生物学机制。 

(2)作物品质调控的工程信息学。

(3)工厂化生产模式及精准调控。

TITLE:Leaf vegetable factory production mode and quality regulation

ABSTRACT:

The current agricultural production is facing an important challenge of improving quality and efficiency. Problems such as labor shortage, waste of production resources, and destruction of the ecological environment have greatly restricted the development of modern agriculture. Realizing the transformation of production mode is the key to breaking through the dilemma of agricultural development. The factory-based production method achieves high-yield, high-quality, and efficient annual balanced production through a controllable production environment and standardized production process. It is a high-end model of facility production. Because the production process is relatively controllable, coupled with the continuous development, application and upgrade of mechanized, automated, and intelligent production operation equipment, factory production can realize assembly line operation, which greatly reduces or eliminates labor input and reduces chemical input. Leafy vegetables are the main vegetable category consumed by Shanghai residents and have extremely high domestic production ratio requirements. With the increasing demand for quality from consumers, it is extremely important to achieve an annual stable supply of high-efficiency and high-quality leafy vegetables. Starting from the needs of the industry, this report introduces several existing leafy vegetable factory production models in Shanghai, and focuses on reporting the plug seedling vegetable factory production model (Jiaotong University model) established by the research group of the reporter, including key technical points, the application of information technology and the research and development of automation equipment, and at the same time discuss the quality regulation of leafy vegetables, especially the related work of the synthesis and accumulation of functional nutrients.
