个人和课题组简介:

王哲,2002年本科毕业于西安交通大学生命科学与技术学院,获工学学士学位。2008年毕业于北京大学生命科学学院,获理学博士学位。2008至2013年,分别在复旦大学生物医学研究院和美国康奈尔大学人类生态学院接受博士后训练。2013年起,在美国康奈尔大学医学院传染病科学系任副研究员,至2020年回国加入上海交通大学农业与生物学院动物科学系。

分枝杆菌是对人类和动物危害较大的一类致病性细菌。其中,结核分枝杆菌与非结核分枝杆菌感染病例,在我们国家一直居高不下。与此同时,现有抗生素耐药性的普遍出现,以及缺乏新型抗生素等问题日趋严重。我们课题组将综合运用病原微生物学、免疫学、群体遗传学、基因组学、代谢组学和药物化学等手段,重点关注以下几个方向:

1. 致病性分枝杆菌能量代谢通路关键基因的进化与功能分析。

2. 病原体-宿主之间互作的分子机制解析。

3. 新型抗细菌药物的开发以及耐药性机理的研究。

4. 新型快速精准疾病诊断技术的开发。
