In the afternoon on 26th November, the School of Agriculture and biology hosted the International Students’ Meeting at room 104 in school building B. Ms. Ling Bai from Teaching Affairs Office, Ms. Dan Wang from the International Office, Ms. Jiani Wei from the Student Affairs Office, and the international students both on-campus and abroad attended the meeting online and offline. The meeting helped students to understand the university and school’s policies and academic affairs better, hoping they would clear their goals and devote themselves to study and scientific research better.

Ms. Jiani Wei talked about the current situation of the pandemic, thanked the students for their understanding and cooperation during this special period, and hoped they would continue putting efforts in the scientific study and related work.

Ms. Dan Wang explicated the border-entry policies given by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and related cases, together with the scholarship policies by CSC and SJTU. 

Ms. Ling Bai elucidated the academic affairs closely related with both master and doctoral students’ study and graduation, to help them deal with exams and papers better.

In the end, the teachers answered the students’ questions related to academic and border-entry issues, continuing the discussion both online and offline.
