个人简历:

严亚贤,博士,上海交通大学长聘教授,博士生导师。多年来一直从事微生物学相关的教学和科研工作。主持国家863项目、重点研发课题、国家自然科学基金项目、上海市级科研项目等,发表科研论文100多篇,其中3篇为ESI高被引论文,1篇为ESI热点论文。科研成果获上海市科技进步三等奖(主持);参与的项目获教育部科学技术进步奖二等奖;获农业部科学技术进步一等奖;获江苏省科学技术进步奖三等奖等。曾获上海交通大学优秀教师、三八红旗手、教书育人三等奖等。

 

教育工作经历:

毕业于南京农业大学,获预防兽医学博士学位。曾到英国利物浦大学进行访学和合作研究。1999年9月起一直在上海交通大学农业于生物学院工作。

 

主要研究内容:

主要研究方向为噬菌体与宿主细菌的互作机制、动物病毒免疫逃逸机制及防控、真菌毒素毒理机制与检测技术等。针对耐药细菌,解析宿主细菌对噬菌体的耐受机制、及噬菌体突破耐受细菌不断演化的机制,进一步研发高效噬菌体抗菌制剂。针对动物病毒,特别是动物冠状病毒,解析病毒逃避宿主免疫的机制,研发新型疫苗等。课题组还以小分子物质特别是真菌毒素为靶标对象,研究真菌毒素引致细胞毒性的分子信号调控路径。利用量子点和基团修饰,结合核酸适配体,研发具有超灵敏特征的定性和定量快速多重免疫分析方法。
