个人简介 

孙建和博士,男,江苏海安人。上海交通大学长聘教授(Tenured Professor)、博士生导师。上海市农业领军人才,上海市曙光学者。担任教育部高等学校动物医学类专业教学指导委员会委员、中国畜牧兽医学会理事、中国微生物学会兽医微生物学专业委员会委员、上海市畜牧兽医学会副理事长。担任《微生物学报》编委、《微生物与感染》常务编委、《中国兽医科学》编委等。 

 

研究兴趣:   

动物抗病毒天然免疫信号转导机制与应用策略 

天然免疫在机体抗病毒策略中发挥极其重要的作用。在病毒感染后,宿主细胞可通过模式识别受体(PRR)识别病原相关分子模式(PAMP),进而通过信号转导启动一系列免疫级联反应,调控天然免疫应答,维持免疫稳态,发挥抗病毒作用。鉴于家禽与哺乳动物的天然免疫存在显著差异,我们基于比较免疫学,发掘家禽新的天然免疫信号分子,揭示信号转导途径,阐明抗病毒的分子机制与应用策略。

 

噬菌体及其编码蛋白介导细菌裂解的分子机制与抗菌应用

在临床病原细菌对抗生素严重耐药和多重耐药的背景下,聚焦噬菌体裂菌相关功能蛋白——裂解酶(lysin)和穿孔素(holin),发掘噬菌体的抗菌应用潜力。通过对噬菌体裂解酶的晶体结构解析,阐明其识别和水解细菌肽聚糖的酶学基础;通过对噬菌体穿孔素的膜拓扑结构解析,揭示噬菌体触发细菌裂解的分子机制。通过挖掘、重构广谱、高效的噬菌体及其裂菌分子,创建高效、绿色抗菌制剂研究与应用技术平台。
