报告题目:核酸适配体的筛选及在污染物检测中的应用

报告摘要:

核酸适配体是单链寡核苷酸片段,能高亲和力、高特异性地识别细胞、病毒、生物标志物、小分子等靶标,在众多领域有广泛应用。本报告聚焦适配体在生物传感领域的应用,从核酸适配体自1990年的开端说起,介绍其做为新型生物传感识别元件,其获得方法——SELEX筛选技术,及在环境、食品污染物快速检测领域的应用现状。

报告人简介:

报告人2008年获浙江大学环境科学专业博士学位,2008年8月入职上海交通大学农业与生物学院。

【PI学科组研究方向】:

报告人属于沈国清研究员任PI组长的土壤污染检测与防控学科组。本PI学科组主要研究方向如下:

(1)土壤环境污染检测监测技术;

(2)土壤化学污染防控技术;

(3)土壤生物污染防控技术。

TITLE:Selections of aptamers and their applications in pollutant detection

ABSTRACT:

Aptamers are single-stranded oligonucleotides that can identify targets such as cells, viruses, biomarkers, and small molecules with high affinity and specificity, and are widely used in many fields. This report focuses on the application of aptamers in the field of biosensing, starting from the beginning of aptamers in 1990. And then, SELEX, the technology to select aptamer for a specific target, and the application of aptamers in the field of rapid detection for environment or food contaminants will be introduced and discussed.
