报告题目:在活体单细胞中构建一个实时可视化的TOR激酶活性检测系统

报告摘要:

TOR (Target of Rapamycin)激酶是植物信号转导网络中的核心调控元件。但是,由于TOR激酶自身的一些特点,在植物中检测TOR激酶活性非常困难。目前我们正在尝试在植物活体单细胞系统中建立检测TOR激酶活性的手段。本次报告将为大家分享相关研究进展,并为大家介绍一下我们在番茄中对于TOR激酶信号转导网络的一些初步研究。

报告人简介:

【PI学科组研究方向】

植物进化出了复杂的信号转导网络以应对外部环境变化。TOR (Target of Rapamycin)激酶是植物信号转导网络中的核心调控元件。目前实验室以番茄为模式植物,综合运用蛋白质组学、生物化学以及分子生物手段研究不同外界信号(营养、激素、逆境等等)如何通过TOR激酶调控番茄的生长、发育和胁迫响应。

TITLE:Constructing a real-time visualizable system for monitoring the activity of TOR kinase in living single cells

ABSTRACT: 

TOR (Target of Rapamycin) kinase is a central regulator in plant signal transduction network. However, it is extremely difficult to test TOR activity in plants. We are now constructing a visualizable system to monitor TOR activity in living single cells in plants. In this lecture, I will share some research progresses in this project. Meanwhile, I will also introduce to you some preliminary research on tomato TOR kinase carried out in our lab.
