RUNQING YANG:
Professor. He received his Ph. D. in animal breeding & genetics from Northeast Agricultural University. He worked for Prof. Larry Schaeffer as postdoctoral researcher at the University of Guelph, from October 2001 to January 2003. He is currently a director if Chinese Animal Breeding & Genetics Association. His research interest is to develop

 

novel methods for genetical evaluation and mapping QTL regarding dynamic traits, to find a series of approaches to analyze the real data with relative, dynamic and comprehensive characters, and to apply presented methods in the area of agriculture, medicine and life sciences. He had published 25 papers in refereed journals during recent five years. He is conducting four research projects from Chinese Natural Science Foundation, Heilongjiang province Natural Science Foundation, etc.
